- How do I book your service?

- Do you travel to the hotel or photoshoot location?
Yes. I provide on-location hair and makeup services in Paris and will travel to your hotel, venue or photoshoot location.
- How long does bridal hair and makeup take?
Hair and makeup usually takes around 2 hours depending on the style and preparation.
- Do you offer touch-ups during the photoshoot?
Yes. Touch-up & photoshoot assistance can be added as an optional service.
- Do you work with international brides?
Yes. I regularly work with brides from around the world especially from Asia and have over 15 years of experience in bridal hair and makeup.
- Do you specialize in Asian hair and skin tones?
Yes. As a Japanese hair and makeup artist, I am experienced with Asian hair textures and skin tones.
- Do you offer early morning appointments?
Yes. Early morning appointments are available.
6:00 AM start: +€100
5:00 AM start: +€200
- Is travel included?
Travel within central Paris is included.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside Paris, a travel fee starting from €30 may apply depending on the distance.
- Do you offer hair and makeup for guests?
Yes. Hair and makeup for guests can be arranged as an optional service.
Perfect for bridesmaids or family members attending the ceremony or photoshoot.
•Hair & Makeup for guest : 150€
•Hair styling: 100€
**If only Guests, Minimum order:300€
- Do you have a minimum booking?
Yes. All bookings, whether for the bride only, guests only, or a combination, have a minimum of €300.
- Do you offer trial hair and makeup?
Trials may be available for 250€ depending on schedule. Please contact me for details.
- Do I need to prepare any hair and makeup products?
No, I will bring all the professional hair and makeup products and tools needed for your service.
However, if you have sensitive skin or prefer to use specific cosmetics, you are welcome to bring your own products.
- How do I pay for my booking?
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. You can pay Bank transfer (IBAN) payment link via Wise or Revolut. *Revolut payment acceptable.
The remaining 70% is due 15 days before your appointment.
If you prefer, cash payment in Euro is accepted on the day of your service.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancellation fees based on the treatment date.
• More than 15 days before: remaining balance not charged (deposit retained)
• Within 15 days: full amount charged
- What happens if the flight is canceled or changed?
If your flight is canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will do our best to offer a rescheduled date.
For last-minute cancellations or no-shows due to personal reasons, the full service fee will be charged.
We recommend arriving at least two days before your wedding or photoshoot for flexibility.
- Is it possible to reschedule in case of rain?
If the weather isn’t cooperating on your scheduled day, I can usually reschedule if another date is available.
Just let me know in advance if you’d like to change the date.
Please note that if preparations or travel are already completed, or if the cancellation is last-minute, a cancellation fee may apply.
